mindfulness is useful for many things. it does not, however, fix a herniated disc.
the recommendation to 'keep a symptoms diary' followed by no one ever reading the diary
sometimes it's genuinely appropriate. the problem is it's deployed as a dismissal.
health insurance that covers everything except the one thing you actually need
gyms make signing up delightful and cancellation essentially illegal
waited 6 weeks for a GP appointment. was told to 'drink more water and reduce stress.'
I have been mindful of my pain for months. it is still there. mindfully.
