AI customer service that says 'I completely understand your frustration' and then does absolutely nothing

Spent 25 minutes in a chat before realising it was a bot the entire time. Not once did it tell me that. Just kept saying 'let me look into that for you' and then looping back to the same FAQ.

They literally have no power most of the time sadly

the one that gets me is when they say 'great question!' to a complaint. that is not a great question. i am angry.

the illusion of support without any of the support

asked one why my order hadn't arrived. it told me to check the tracking. the tracking said 'delivered.' that's why I was there.

if you swear it escalates faster. not recommending it. just noting it.

type 'human' or 'agent' repeatedly. sometimes it works. sometimes it just says 'i understand you'd like to speak to someone'
