instagram moderation bans for stupid reasons

i swear, literally every time i try to post a picture of my cat on a slightly off-brand caption, instagram somehow thinks i'm posting spam or hate speech. like... why do they have to be so aggressive. my landlord even told me once that his nephew got banned for posting a pic of his breakfast. at this point, i genuinely don't know what's more likely to get my account deleted: posting a picture of my feet or a screenshot of my electricity bill. i'm talking like, i get a notification that my account will be restricted or disabled for 'violating instagram's terms' and there's literally zero explanation. some days, like today, i just wanna post a pic of my cat and be left alone. but no, it's like... ngl, idk what i even did. somehow my account is still active. for now.
