i get fined for taking a sick day but get in trouble for not taking one when i was actually sick

my manager approved my time off. then scheduled a mandatory all-hands over it.

'unlimited PTO' where nobody takes any because nobody dares to be first

my job description has changed completely since I was hired. my salary has not.

job listing: bachelor's degree required. pay: $15/hr. duties: cleaning holiday cabins.
