had a bar run out of lemons. I respect chaos more than I resent it but still.
out of ice is a management failure that starts about 6 hours before service
the correct answer is 'let me find out what we can do' not 'we're out.' what are you doing instead.
fresh squeezed OJ at brunch. watched the waiter pour tropicana from behind the bar.
the packaging required scissors. I didn't have scissors. my hands now have opinions.
oatmeal that looks gourmet on the menu arrives looking like it was already eaten once
avocados are rock hard for 5 days and then completely black inside on day 6. every time.
this is the kind of thing that gets a business a one-star review from me. not for the ice. for the shrug.
